Crack Treatment

Crack sealing is an effective asphalt maintenance technique best used alongside sealcoating to prevent existing cracks from worsening. We include it as an optional add-on in your sealcoating quote — either because you requested it or because we recommend it based on what we find. Not all cracks need dedicated treatment — hairline cracks are filled naturally during the sealcoating process. Cracks with a meaningful gap, roughly ⅜" or wider, require cold or hot-pour crack sealer to properly seal out water. Pricing is by the linear foot.
