Online Booking Terms & Conditions – Air Duct Cleaning

By booking air duct cleaning services online with Upstate Duct Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking Fee

A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee secures your scheduled slot only and is not the total cost of the job.
The $50 booking fee will be deducted from your final invoice upon completion of service.

 

2. Booking Without a Prior Quote & Pricing Structure

Customers may book an appointment online without receiving a prior phone, virtual, or on-site quote. In these cases, the booking reserves appointment time only — final pricing is determined after an on-site evaluation.

Air duct cleaning pricing is based primarily on home size and system scope, with standard residential pricing ranges as follows:

• Small homes (1,000–1,500 sq ft): $600–$750

• Medium homes (1,500–2,000 sq ft): $750–$950

• Large homes (2,000–2,500 sq ft): $950–$1,150

• XL homes (2,500–3,000 sq ft): $1,150–$1,300

• XXL homes (3,000+ sq ft): $1,300+

Pricing ranges above are based on a single HVAC system. Homes with multiple HVAC systems will incur additional costs, which will be reviewed and approved prior to beginning work.

Final pricing may also vary based on factors including (but not limited to):

• Number of supply and return vents

• Number of HVAC systems

• System size and accessibility

• Level of dust, debris, or buildup present

Optional add-on services, such as HVAC system sanitization, are available at an additional cost.

No work will begin without customer approval of the final price.
If the customer chooses not to proceed after pricing is reviewed on-site, there is no obligation to continue service beyond the booking fee.

 

3. Estimates & Pricing Adjustments

All estimates and pricing are based on the information provided at the time of booking and/or submitted through the quote request form. If the actual scope of work differs from the information provided, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

 

4. Access & Preparation

The customer is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to all vents, ductwork, and HVAC equipment. Pets must be secured, and work areas should be clear prior to technician arrival. Limited or unsafe access may require rescheduling.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

 

6. Arrival Windows

Appointment times are scheduled within an estimated arrival window. While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs requiring additional time.

 

7. System Condition Disclaimer

Air duct cleaning is a maintenance service and does not include HVAC repairs. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile ductwork, or hidden defects that were not visible prior to service.

 

8. Results Disclaimer

While many customers experience improved airflow, reduced dust, and better indoor air quality, results may vary depending on system condition and household environment. No specific health outcomes are guaranteed.

 

9. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

Upstate Duct Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of standard air duct cleaning.

 

11. Agreement

By completing an online booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
